Dump truck blocking highway

On Dan and Fred's trip to Newfoundland they encountered a dump truck that was blocking the highway.

From Fred:

"The wheels of the dump truck were locked because something broke. So the bulldozer pushed it out of the way so traffic could get by - sideways! It was about a 20 minute delay in our trip to St John's."
